United Alliance of NYS Licensed Acupuncturists Video
The UANYSLA was established in March 1996. At that time, each of the leaders of five different TCM societies pursuing the goal of uniting colleagues and striving for the legitimate rights and status of TCM practitioners and acupuncturists, initiated and established this professional organization of licensed acupuncturists. The group is intended to better assemble the team of TCM practitioners and acupuncturists.

United Alliance of NYS Licensed Acupuncturists(UANYSLA) is a non-profit organization for academic and research in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and acupuncture. The first president of UANYSLA is GuoFeng Chen. Shanfu Jia, Linshen Zhou, and Yonghan Liang are the first vice president, the first board of director, and the first alternate board of director respectively. Prior presidents are Guofeng Chen, Yilin Hu， Ming Jin， Rongsheng Lin， Guixiang Yue.

Introduction to the Association：
United Alliance of NYS Licensed Acupuncturists, Inc. (UANYSLA） was founded in New York in March 1996. It is a non-profit TCM and acupuncture professional academic and research organization.
- To promote and further advance TCM; To unify all TCM professionals and acupuncturists
- Aim at improving TCM professionals and acupuncturists’ academic knowledge and clinical skills
- Exerting TCM and Acupuncture to mainstream medicine in United States
- To advocate for benefits amont TCM and acupuncture practitioners by increasing academic and business opportunities in this field.
- The association organizes licensed acupuncturists to provide free health services to the community.
- Collect and transmit various information related to the development of TCM and acupuncture.
- Maintain communication and cooperation with other academic groups and government legislatives.
- To assert for legitimate rights and status of licensed acupuncturist
On August 31, 2018, representatives of the UANYSLA Medical Insurance Committee visited the Asian-American Medical Association to exchange and summarize the work experience of the past year, and discussed the health care cooperation plan and development direction for the upcoming year. - News Flash:“The International Acupuncture and Moxibustion Academic Conference” will be sponsored by the World Federation of Acupuncture and Moxibustion Societies on December 13-15, 2021 (Beijing Time). United Alliance of New York States Licensed Acupuncturists （UANYSLA）will be the online conference organizer. - On October 7, 2018, the New York College of Traditional Chinese Medicine and the UANYSLA hosted the Second North American Conference on Traditional Chinese Medicine.
- On September 29, 2018, Dr. Fu, Zhonghua was invited by the UANYSLA to hold a Fu’s subcutaneous needle series course in New York.
